The List of New Pollutants under Priority Management and Control (2023), as deliberated and adopted at the 5th executive meeting of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment on November 29, 2022 and approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Administration for Market Regulation, is hereby issued and shall come into force on March 1, 2023.
《重点管控新污染物清单（2023年版）》已于2022年11月29日由生态环境部2022年第五次部务会议审议通过，并经工业和信息化部、农业农村部、商务部、海关总署、国家市场监督管理总局同意，现予公布，自2023年3月1日起施行。
