• The Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, as revised and adopted at the 36th Session of the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on September 2, 2022, is hereby issued, and shall come into force on January 1, 2023.
• 《中华人民共和国农产品质量安全法》已由中华人民共和国第十三届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第三十六次会议于2022年9月2日修订通过，现予公布，自2023年1月1日起施行。
