Deepening the reform of the management system for the electrical and electronic industry, further breaking institutional barriers that constrain the high-quality development of this industry, and improving the effectiveness of government regulation is of great significance to better invigorate market players, promote industrial transformation and upgrading and technological innovation, and foster and build up the new momentum for economic development. For the purposes of further optimizing the management system of the electrical and electronic industry and advancing the high-quality development of the electrical and electronic industry, with the approval of the State Council, the following opinions are hereby offered.
深化电子电器行业管理制度改革，进一步破除制约行业高质量发展的体制机制障碍，提高政府监管效能，对于更好激发市场主体活力、促进产业转型升级和技术创新、培育壮大经济发展新动能具有重要意义。为进一步优化电子电器行业管理制度，促进电子电器行业高质量发展，经国务院同意，现提出以下意见。
