The branches and foreign exchange administrative departments of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange ("SAFE") in all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government; the branches of the SAFE in Shenzhen, Dalian, Qingdao, Xiamen, and Ningbo; all commercial banks:

For purposes of implementing the work arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and fully cooperating in the effective prevention and control of the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia, the SAFE hereby notifies you of the relevant matters concerning the establishment of green channels of foreign exchange policies during the period of the prevention and control of the outbreak:
为贯彻落实党中央、国务院工作部署，全力配合做好新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作，国家外汇管理局就疫情防控期间建立外汇政策绿色通道有关事宜通知如下：
