Since the outbreak of the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia ("NCP"), the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance, and General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important instructions. At present, the epidemic prevention and control is at a critical stage. For the purposes of effectively implementing the spirit of the Notice by the CPC Central Committee of Strengthening Party Leadership and Providing Strong Political Guarantees for Winning the Fight to Prevent and Control the Epidemic and the working arrangements of the Central Leading Group for Tackling the Epidemic of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia and further strengthening financial support for the epidemic prevention and control, you are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows:
