• The Reservists Law of the People's Republic of China, as adopted at the 38th Session of the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on December 30, 2022, is hereby issued, and shall come into force on March 1, 2023.
• 《中华人民共和国预备役人员法》已由中华人民共和国第十三届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第三十八次会议于2022年12月30日通过，现予公布，自2023年3月1日起施行。
